Reporting from Changsha – day 1

Boarded a China Southern Airline (Nan fang han kong) from SZ to Chansha. The journey is about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Took an awaiting airport shuttle bus from Changsha  airport to city. Fare is RMB 16.50. Then took taxi to hotel, which is at jie Fang West Road. It is very close to the Changsha’s main pedestrian shopping street called Huang Xing Nan Lu.

It’s rather cold and wet in Changsha today. Had lunch and ate street side snacks of skewed mutton (kebab), which is really delicious. Changsha seems another nice city, with lots of shops and pedestrians.

Later, took a cab to the famous provincial museum. Unfortunately, the tickets for the day are all given out. Guard told me to come at around 830 to get the free ticket to museum.
